They know too that I am always looking for ways to help ease the pain of those who have lost a cherished pet and to support more and more shelters. Using profits from book sales to support scores of shelters over the years is how I have been able to help animals. It has been rewarding, but I am not satisfied. I feel like I want to do more and I know that many of the people I have met through my work feel the same way.
