I've been reading a number of these heartbreaking, but heartfelt tributes to our little friends who have "run on ahead". It struck with a sense of awe, wonder and gratitude that the Father has taken a group of people like us, disparate lives, widely scattered geography, and unique circumstances; set it all up via individual stories of how we all met our companions; and has made us all One Family united in sorrow certainly, but more accurately united in the bond of love we all felt for our pets.
