My dog Gidget died August 30, 1999. I still miss her, and think about her often. She was a great friend who taught me unconditional love. Through her I was able to open the door to a relationship with Jesus Christ. I know He sent her to me. I was so lonely, and I asked Him for someone to love, and He sent her. I asked this on my birthday August 20, 1984, what I didn't know was Gidget was born August 24, 1984. Gidget came into my life December 1, 1984. And I purchased her from this very Christian family little did I know that this was God's plan, and not mine. Gidget and I were given many wonderful years, and no matter what anyone says I know without a doubt God blessed me with her. I know after reading this book, that Gidget is in good, loving hands. She is with her creator. And she is once again healthy. She was my first dog, so she will always be very special to me, and she will always be in my heart. Thanks Gary for the book, and I know they are God's words that you put to paper. Thanks so much.
